The apartment is quiet and the big windows which let in great light, also can be completely covered with the built-in shades to make it dark to sleep. There was plenty of hot water for a shower and extra blankets and pillows for a great sleep. The host was very accommodating of my request to leave later on checkout. I did not have a car, but this would be an easy location to find by car and lots of parking even if not using the apartment underground space. I was making a short walk to Teatre do Luz for a festival daily, but it would only be a bit longer walk to Benfica stadium or Colombo shopping centre. Note - the "sofa beds" are quite narrow suitable for children or small adults and the space in the studio apartment would mean that the beds would be close to the large bed and if two were used, they all would be very close to one another.

The entry key pad for the apartment building is very difficult to read as the numbers and letters are worn off - this isn't the fault or responsibility of the apartment host. But I would suggest that it would be helpful if the host sent a photo of the entry key pad with all the keys written on clearly... otherwise I found that taking a photo of the key pad helped me figure out which key was which.
