The facility was portable and nice 👌 the Host was available every time we called her. The Wi-Fi was good, checking in was effortless co.pared to the number of times I've been to The blyde Lagoon,

The house was dirty, it was smelling like someone is staying there, the linen was dirty but after reporting she came fast and responded promptly, the house was very hot because there's no air-conditioned or good fan atleast, the small fans provided are not working because they are short can't reach the bed, your kitchenette are not enough, no containers to put meat or food after preparation no tray please add that, we searched for glasses only to find out that they are inside the dishwasher the cleaners didn't remove them, beds were making noise when you turn at night

The apartment was very nice and clean. Crockery and cutlery clean and shiny and of a good quality. Good communication with hosts. Definitely recommendable.

We were without water for a whole day and without electricity almost the whole of the next day and that kind of put a damper on our stay and activities. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay there.

Cleanliness and privacy

Hosts were very helpful

We couldn't open the lock box to access the keys, but the host kindly came and changed the lock for us and provided a new set of keys
