хороший, добротный номер, есть все необходимое. завтрак был в соседней кафе, для меня маловат - булочка и напиток на выбор(кофе или что то из холодильника). Не очень далеко до моря, 20-25 минут и на месте, до центра города тоже около 20 минут. Хозяин любезно предоставил возможность оставить багаж после выселения.

необходимо помыть холодильник, с него шел неприятный запах.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, genau wie auf dem Bild. Apartman ist 15 Minuten vom Strand und in die andere Richtung 15 Minuten von der Stadt entfernt.Die Stadt ist göttlich, es gibt so viel zu sehen. Der Bus zum Flughafen braucht 15 Minuten. Ideal, wenn Sie einen frühen Flug haben. Der Strand ist sandig und bietet viele Bars und Veranstaltungen.

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B a Catania, a due passi dal mare, e l’esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. La posizione è uno dei suoi punti forti: svegliarsi con il profumo del mare e poter raggiungere la spiaggia in pochi minuti a piedi è impagabile! La struttura è curata nei dettagli, pulita e accogliente. La camera era luminosa, ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort: aria condizionata, Wi-Fi veloce, e un letto davvero comodo. Anche il bagno era moderno e pulitissimo. La colazione? Deliziosa! Ogni mattina sempre prodotti freschi, dolci tipici siciliani, anche opzioni salate. Il tutto servito con gentilezza e un bel sorriso. Un plauso particolare ai proprietari, sempre disponibili e pronti a dare consigli utili su cosa visitare, dove mangiare e come vivere al meglio la città. La loro ospitalità ha fatto la differenza. In sintesi: ottima scelta per chi vuole vivere Catania in modo autentico, con il mare a portata di mano e un’accoglienza calorosa. Consigliatissimo!

La ubicació en un barri geto que no et venia de gust surtir de nit. A més l’esmorzar és una pastisseria de sota (beguda i un dolç/salat). Hagués preferit una fruiteria

We truly had a wonderful stay here! The place is tastefully arranged, and our room was cleaned every single day, which made everything feel fresh and welcoming. The owner was incredibly kind and always quick to respond to any questions we had, his help really made our trip easier. Breakfast at Seby’s bar was more than enough, a proper and delicious Italian breakfast that we truly enjoyed! At first, the neighborhood might not seem the most attractive, but don’t let that fool you, the location is actually fantastic. The beach is just a short walk away, the city center is very close, and there’s a bus stop right around the corner that takes you straight to the airport in only 12 minutes (Bus 538). This place truly felt like a home away from home, and we’ll definitely come back here the next time we visit Sicily!
