Charged me $20.00 for something and I have no idea why

Breakfast was very good. Nice variety and well managed. Pllenty of space. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The coffee in the reception/breakfast area was tasty and a good temperature. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the white bedspread was great to NOT LOSE items in a busy pattern. The white tops of bedside tables were equally helpful in not losing items. The shower area was spacious, and I liked the dispensers for shampoo, body wash, etc. The toweling was pristine.

The shower head had no settings for spray/massage etc and was stationary and located way above my head. I missed the switch for adding heat to the shower area, and I missed the separation many motels/hotels now have for privacy for toilet and shower from the lavatory. The heating/cooling unit never quit running, and the temperature of the airflow seemed ALWAYS cool even though we had the thermostat set at 75 to get the room warmed from 65. There was a rather overpowering scent when I exited our room, which I thought might be carpet cleaner solution. Finally, we used the Apple Maps app to find the property and the location we were directed to was NOT your location. We arrived at a Culvers that was in your vicinity!! The last direction was to turn RIGHT, but we could SEE your location and arrive. The last instruction should have been to turn LEFT and then you were on the right.

Clean, kind staff.

Only complaints were the hallways smelled weird, a sewer type smell at times and the breakfast hours felt limited.

Very clean with great amenities!
