"Fantastic family apartment in classic Spanish mountain village"

The quietness of the village and that Buitrago was only 5mins drive from this village! Also the accommodation was insulated and you have control over how hot the apartment can be. Also there was sleeping for 6 persons (we were a family with 3 young children 2x5 and 8 year old). The place was spotless and self contained with cooking/cleaning facilities. Bathroom spotless and the whole apartment was interior designed. The owner took a lot of pride in maintaining this place! Definitely staying here again!

"Cosy apartment out of the noise of Madrid."

Silent place, good bed, so good for a rest quite near from Madrid... The host, made great advices about what to visit and where to go for a nice lunch or dinner. He also made sure we had some fruit and milk for our breakfast which was very much appreciated. We could take our dog with us.

We booked online a small apartment, my boyfriend had to watch out not to hit his head with the ceiling in the toilet, because it was underneath the stairs going up to the second floor/apartments. It's a house prepared for winter, don't expect big windows or a lot of light to be inside. There is no garden or outside place to have a bite or breakfast ... a pity...because with a dog it is always a plus.
