The kitchen is so well supplied with various cleaning items which always makes it much easier when it's time to wipe and freshen kitchen surfaces.

Sam, is an excellent host. He was very thorough with the check in instructions and answered any questions we had. He even went the extra mile and let us leave our bags in the property on day of checkout as he had no one booked in for that evening, so we didn't have to carry them around all day untill our flight home at 6:45. I do t normally leave reviews but really had to for Sam. Exceptional host. The property is a good size and has the BEST shower I have used while staying away ever. It's only a 15/20 min walk into the centre of Belfast in a straight line so it is a brilliant location. Thanks for a great stay Sam. We would definitely stay here again.

exceptional comfort, well resourced and quiet location

Getting key was unecessarly difficult. Needed access code to get key from locked box. Contacted owner by phone 2 days before leaving home, he said he send details one day of arrival.SInce we would be on routeby then I asked for the night before and owner agreed. Having received nothing we had 5/6 phone calls onthe feery... owner said he sentinfo the night before. I asked forthe details and he said he could only give it on Whats App, which I dont have ... My son has but he couldnt speak to SAam,the oner as he is Autistic. Aftermuch persuasion and upset my son agreed to contact on Whats App an the info came . All we had needed was a 3 figure code, I said 0 and Sam said thats right 005. Why coulld henot have verbally given me it on phone call 1 and not on call 7? Straight line thinking but singularly unhelpful! Sam was always courteous and phoned us at the flat to make sure we were in.

Compact 2 bedroom flat. Great facilities, great location just 15 minute walk into city centre, warm and quiet. So nice to have the basics supplied such as milk, butter, bottled water, ice, tea, coffee, laundery detergent, washing up liquid, condiments, etc. On-street parking directly outside. Great shower. Helpful and friendly host. We would definitely return.
