AUHost was amazing. Very responsive and kind. Met us to hand over the keys and take us to the apartment. The key to enter the apartment broke first night and host met us at a restaurant in a nearby street to bring us another one. We were very grateful. Location was great- on the street to restaurants and shopping. Train station was a short walk. We didn't explore the area but used this location to be close enough to visit Cinque Terre by train.
The couch we slept on in the lounge was horribly uncomfortable. As a family of 6, we used the bedrooms and the couch. As soon as one person laid down on the fold out couch, the bed sunk in. The next person just rolled into the middle to join them. It was a terrible night sleep. The apartment is also above the restaurants so you can hear everything. People were making noise until quite late into the night. Other than that, the host and place was great. If they fixed the fold out couch - I'd stay again!

single beds in twin room were very narrow and lots of noise from main street in night. Everything else was perfect

CODie Wohnung ist super gut gelegen mitten im Zentrum. Die Betten komfortabel, AC in jedem Zimmer, alles sauber, ausgestattet mit 2 Toiletten.
Man konnte nicht mit dem Auto dahin kommen, da es mitten in der ZTL-Zone liegt, das Auto haben wir 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt in DARMI geparkt. Der Host war sehr nett, hat eher wenig Englisch gesprochen, hat sich aber sehr bemüht. Der Wohnzimmer etwas spartanisch, aber ausreichend wenn man nicht viel Zeit in die Wohnung verbringen will.
GBWe stayed here for 7days.During this time we had few issues, Electric supply cut out twice due to a faulty kettle.Rest of the week we boiled water in a saucepan as we didnt hear from the support team.No toaster for breakfast wich would have been nice.
IEThe apartment was excellent. It was very clean and had everything you could need. Beds were comfortable and all the rooms were spacious. Air conditioning in every room. Balcony was a good size. Would definitely stay here again. Very well located, in walking distance of shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in La Spezia.
