Supernice, modern, spotless clean premises. Everything is decorated with so much love to detail - like a cozy beachhouse. Excellent breakfast and a large, ultramodern room with a big bathroom. Amazing friendly owner even though we had a language barrier, she made efforts to make everyone feel comfortable. Perfect, if you have a car and want to be away from the touristy places (10-15 drive to Follonica).

for me everything was perfect. Location is a bit off the regular tourist spots but if you have a car its no problem at all.
