"Exceptional"

We (two couples from Germany) spent four days here during our trip to East Crete. The house was perfect for our needs. It was 30 meters from the only sandy beach. A 10-minute walk to the center of Agios Nikolaos. And well located for easy access to beautiful hiking trails. The house is modernly furnished and offers everything a vacationer needs. We felt very comfortable there. Four Swabians from southern Germany.

"This property was a highlight of our stay in Crete."

The location first and foremost. Close to the beach and all local amenities such as shops and restaurants. The property itself was wonderful. The perfect mix of modern features with a cozy feel. Safe, off street parking was an added bonus. Very thoughtful layout and again we didn’t need to drive once, location is in walking distance to everything; port, lake, beaches, parks, shopping.

The only suggestion (not a complaint) would be the addition of an outdoor BBQ to enjoy the lovely terrace and AMAZING view of the ocean.

"Your home far away from home!"

Our stay at Nisos by the beach was perfect! We couldn't ask for more, the location is ideal, next to the beach and close to all the great places to visit in Agios Nikolaos! The villa is great for families, it has everything you need, it's modern furnished and very comfortable. The host was available for any question, the communication was great and the self check-in guide is very useful and clear! We will surely come back again next year and stay many days!
