The property is in an excellent location in Dobrota, just a 2-minute walk from the waterfront, 5 minutes from the beach, and 10-15 minutes on foot from Kotor Old Town. The room was on the second floor and had a balcony with a stunning view of the Bay of Kotor. It was equipped with a private bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, and a mini-fridge. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with any requests (for example, I needed to use the washing machine). The room got quite hot during the day, but the air conditioning worked well. Although the room was relatively compact, it was perfectly adequate for 1-2 guests. I would definitely recommend this place to stay. It's quieter and less crowded than Kotor Old Town, closer to the beach, while the Old Town is still within easy walking distance.

We enjoyed everything about our stay! It was a great location and we could easily walk to old town Kotor or Dobrota in just a few minutes. It was also right above several excellent seafood restaurants right on the waterfront. The hosts had parking out front to fit our giant van. They waited for our late arrival and allowed us to use the parking spot all day before our departure. The owners were friendly, helpful, and very sweet, providing us taxi information, restaurant recs, things to see and helpful tips. They even brought us breakfast from a local bakery! They were kind to my niece and told us all about their turtles in the garden. We had three different types of rooms and they were all excellent. We did not want to leave and wish we had planned for more days in this location at this property! Thank you for a great stay!

House was 10 minutes away from the kotor old town. We love The apartment it was cute and we had a little garden corner. Vania was very kind and helpful about everything.

Sahile, old towna ve markete çok kısa yürüme mesafesinde. Tesis temiz ve daire sahipleri o kadar güler yüzlü ve nazikler ki aşırı sevdik. Sizin için dairenin hemen yanında ücretsiz otopark ayırıyorlar. Bir daha gidersek hiç dusunmeden yine ayni yerde kaliriz. Gonulden tavsiye ❤️

El personal muy amable. A 5 minutos de la playa A 15 minutos del centro de Kotor, no teniendo que utilizar ni coche ni transporte público para ir al cetro de Kotor

The host was super nice. The location of the property is also good and the room was nice with the view of kotor bay.

A little bit expensive and the washroom is located outside the room in common area, which is by default.

Location is great, only 5min to the beach and 10min to the old town of Kotor. But good value for money considering the location.

Unfortunately, the walls are very thin.. We heard the cleaning below and other guests next to us. The bed as also very hard.
