I recently had the pleasure of staying at Zostel Gohal Road in Manali, and it was an amazing experience! The rooms were impeccably clean and offered breathtaking views from both the windows and the balcony. Special mention to the manager, Bhupendra, and the community manager, Gokul, who were incredibly helpful with any queries we had. Gokul also organized daily hikes, which were a fantastic way to explore the surrounding nature and added a special touch to our stay. Overall, the combination of excellent accommodations, stunning views, and outstanding service made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend Zostel Gohal Road to anyone visiting Manali!

In all honesty the location of the property is away from the main city which was the only good thing but even the road that leads up to the property is absolute nonsense, but that can’t be blamed on Zostel

Okay, long story short, when you guys are charging almost 6k for a basic room, we expect similar facilities as well and similar service as well for the money we are paying. We understand that zostel has a concept of its own where it runs like an hostel but you also got charge us accordingly for that. You can’t charge us the same as a 5 star hotel charges us. I have generally enjoyed staying at Zostel when I travel alone, but as a couple, I’m never going to visit the property, absolutely disappointed with the stay..
