AUThe location was superb. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were comfortable and well maintained. Susan who met us on arrival was welcoming and helped us orient ourselves to the apartment.
There was no dining table and chairs only a breakfast bar with high bar stools which were difficult for me to use. The stove hob was a bit tricky. The washing machine cycles were more lengthy than others I had used on my travels and the door locked at the end of washing and drying and required a tradesman to fix. (which was done promptly thanks - the door had dropped and needed to be lifted and adjusted)

GBThe location was perfect. Walking distance to everything and with the weather being nice the balcony gave a proper holiday feel. The apartment was very well equiped and a lovely bottle of procecco was left for us in the fridge which was a lovely touch by the host.
My husband felt the price was high for 3 nights in September, but I feel that the price is due to the location
GBReally well located, only a short work from the supermarket, shops and amenities. Fantastic views giving you that holiday feeling even when just chilling out. Great communication from the owner and check in staff. I would highly recommend
The second bedroom was very small and lacked storage space ..but we shared the wardrobe with my family in the main bedroom and you don't spend much time in your bedroom anyway.
GBGBLovely apartment, quiet and peaceful location, and just a short walk from restaurants and all the attractions of York. The balcony was great and made a real difference as were lucky with the weather.
Minor issue - although the apartment was lovely and clean, we found the dishwasher needed a deep clean/service as it left residue on dishes and gave off a mouldy smell, so we washed by hand and left a note for the cleaner/owner.
GBPerfect location, the balcony is an absolute bonus. Kitchen/living room is vey cosy, comfy & great for socialising. Master bedroom is big and the bed is very comfy. Family bathroom is a good size. Centre of town a short walk away.
En-suite shower bit on the small side and shower head rail loose. Needed to boost hot water for all staying to have a hot shower.

JPVery comfortable beds. Great location. Loved the terrace and view as we were able to use it everyday. Felt very secure. Always something interesting to watch on the river, although the seagulls were noisy early in the morning. Lots of kitchen equipment, large fridge/freezer. Loads of cushions and pillows etc.
Couldn’t open any windows in the second bedroom. This room was overlooked by the next apartments outdoor table/chairs. There were signs of water damage in en-suite. Dishwasher did not clean the dishes… we had to rewash them by hand. Only two dish washing tablets provided.
