The hospitality was above and beyond. She tried to arrange everything we asked for. We complained about light coming in from above the door, and she immediately arranged a hermetic closure for us. She heard that we were stuck due to a flight cancellation and that we had a shortage of medicine, she immediately took us to the pharmacy to arrange for our medication, and didn't even agree to let us pay for the report she received while we waited at the pharmacy. the room was very big and nice.

Lady from B&B Asterios day before asking what flavour croissant 🥐 we want in breakfast , that was nice , coffee was good .

Mattress was to much hard.

Little tricky to find the place and parking but is available.

It was a new and clean space, we had a nice stay.

The breakfast was not good and is a little far from ortigia.

Loved location, distant from busy town area and not busy road outside so not noisy from that point of view. The bed was comfortable, soft towels.

Its okay place, most of the touristy places are relatively easy to reach by foot.

I feel that advertising that breakfast is included in the price is somewhat dishonest - yes, there were two yoghurt cups placed in the fridge and some sponge cake wrapped in plastic (for 2 people and 2 days), but this is stretching what you can call breakfast. Just write "no breakfast" - people would anyways need to go to town to get it. And normally, I never go through the list of provided amenities, but this time I went through, and this feeling of dishonesty in description remains: Sea view - you see another building across the narrow street, not the sea. City view - I you consider another building across the narrow street a city view, then yes. Free toiletries - none were provided in our case. Socket near the bed - socket, but not the free socket, so you can either have light, or charge your phone in the dark. Flat-screen TV - I was wondering what is the purpose of that 10 inch LCD screen. Also - if you enter the address to google maps, it will take you 500 meters to the wrong direction. Would not recommend.
