Assolutamente perfetto......stanze nuove,pulite,accessoriate, facile da raggiungere....bagni top...... Consiglio di affidarvi a Simona se dovete soggiornare a Matera,vi darà tanti utili consigli e indicazioni

Ovo je bio jedan od boljih smeštaja u kojem sam boravio a u to ulazi i odnos domacina prema gostima. Sve je novo i kvalitetno, od bojlera do klima uređaja. Stan ima frizider, kuhinju ne. Devojka koja nas je ugostila je jako ljubazna i pomogla nam je oko lokalnih mesta za večeru i parking u centru. Pešaka ne preporučujem da se ide do grada. Autom je par minuta i devojka je preporučila parking u samom centru koji smo platili 1eur po satu. Istakao bih čistoću toaleta, peškira i posteljina, sjajno! Ukoliko putujete svojim automobilom možete parkirati pored zgrade u ulici. Stambena je zona i nisam imao problema da nadjem parking. Besplatan je. U blizini stana je i bar u kome možete da popijete ili da naručite kafu. .

Jedini minus bi mogao da bude nedostatak kuhinje ukoliko boravite duži period. Dakle, da bi bila potpuna destestka fali kuhinja ili barem set za kafu, induciona ploča, moka, apartat za kafu...

Camera semplice e pulita a pochi minuti d'auto dai sassi di Matera. Molto semplice parcheggiare in zona. Non c'è colazione ma un piccolo frigo.
