Where to start. Unfortunately booking allows me to only upload 4 pics. But I took dozens of them! The house is certainly large and spacious. But it is equipped with basics. In an area like east belfast this is a price that absolutely does not reflect the experience. First of all the front door gets stuck halfway and does not open/close completely unless you push hard. It seems very precarious. The kitchen was a disaster, dirty dishes in the dishwasher of the previous tenants (presumably) Leftovers of food in the microwave, leftovers of food in the toaster, garbage can in the kitchen in unspeakable conditions, with leftovers of who knows what. Sponge for washing dishes completely rotten to throw away, left dirty in the sink. All sorts of plates and dishes in the dirty cupboard, with rings, or marks. As if they were stored not completely clean inside the cupboard. Dirty pots and pans. Kitchen drawers with food stains and dirty equipment (in 3 days I could not cook anything as everything was dirty and I did not use to touch anything) except for ready-made food. Rotten water left inside the kettle not removed. Hair and fur found under the sheets of each bed. ( I wonder if the cleaners really change the sheets of each room every time at this point.) bedroom bathroom. Completely dirty inside mirror with puddles of standing water and a used toothbrush Left open inside. ( Again, this is not an oversight as Chris said the cleaners reported, this is really diligence on the part of those who take care of the house, as they did not even bother to check these things.) The couch was large and comfortable. But it was completely dirty. Crumbs, stains and strange stains ( I dare not even imagine what they are). Food scraps also under the couch and floor. Table in the living room wobbly, you can not lean on it it collapses on both sides. House with only one roll of toilet paper! No cloths in the kitchen, only napkins probably belonging to someone else.

Clean, spacious modern property. Enter property on the ground floor into an entrance lobby. Climb a flight of steep stairs to 1st floor for kitchen, living room, bathroom (inc shower) and 1x double bedroom. Climb another flight of stairs to second floor for 2x other bedrooms; one double and one double and single bed. Top floor has its own jack and Jill bathroom with shower. Property is located in a quiet street, 1 min walk from a brewery/bar. 2mins to the bus stops to the city centre and 2min walk to local shopping centre with Starbucks, KFC, McDonalds, Tim Hortons, supermarket etc. 30mins walk to the Titanic museum.

Location is slightly too far out of city centre to walk everywhere. Public transport is great, however taxis in Belfast are terrible (prebooked taxis do not arrive) so you must plan ahead to use buses. One thing to be mindful of is that the top floor ceilings are slanted, however my partner is 6ft4” and this did not bother him at all. Our only complaint about the property is that the front door needs to be fixed, it has dropped on its hinges and scrapes the floor as you open it, but this can be easily fixed and did not effect our stay at all.

This is the cutest little flat! It was perfect for our 2 day stay! Brand new on the market. Clean and efficient. Close to East side activities. Grocery, McDonald's, bars. Great little neighborhood!
