Habitación un poco cutre, pero aceptable, ya que solo la queríamos para dormir. Buena ubicación. El precio aunque es caro, resulta aceptable dado a lo absurdo de los precios de los demás alojamientos

Do NOT book this place – it’s a scam! We had a terrible experience. We informed the owners that we’d be arriving later, and part of our group arrived before us. What they found was shocking – the rooms were dirty, not cleaned at all, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell. When we tried to request a refund, the owners suddenly disappeared and stopped answering calls. We couldn’t reach them anymore. Locals told us this wasn’t the first time – apparently, the owners frequently change the name of the hotel to avoid all the bad reviews and continue their fraudulent practices. There were actually two other peoplewho wanted to stay in this place and left as well! Avoid this place at all costs!

Abolutely nothing! We didnt even stay there. We heart from locals the owners are changing the names of the hostel due to super bad reviews and I found them two times on Booking! They are apparently also charging for electricity extra and for everything else and are super unfriendly! I requested Booking support to help me to get my money that night back and they even charged me 55 euros on top of my booked price after Booking proceeded with my cancellation request. Still dińt heqr from Booking support back. I was in the call with them for 1.5 hours. Then the owners started messaging me after 3 hours of ignoring us, because they got probably scared once Booking contacted them!

La chambre n'est pas équipée pour un séjour en hiver

L'endroit proche des cafés et supermarché Facile à trouver, accueil sympathique et nous avons bénéficié d'un chauffage d'appoint, car il gelait vraiment ... Par contre le lendemain la visite des remparts et la balade nous a enchantés ... Séjour agréable malgré tout !!!

La douche trop petite , et pas très pratique , de l'eau partout , et ça glisse bcp / pas de tapis de sol , et c'était gelé... Difficultés à trouver un restaurant ouvert en hiver, cité endormie , et trop peu de commerce ouvert en hiver aux alentours !?!

Je n’ai rien aimez pas de chauffage les draps plein de saletés des bête morte on vous donne un chauffage d’appoint qui ne sert à rien très très froid pas dormi de la nuit pour le prix qui et de 85 euro et 25 euro de plus par heure quand nous arrivons après minuit ces inadmissible établissement vraiment médiocre a évité

No le pongo 0 estrellas porque no deja, el lugar era justito, pero pensamos bueno para lo que nos ha costado.. La habitación era un cubículo con una cama empotrada y el baño minúsculo, no había calefacción y literalmente nos salía baho cuando hablabamos, le comentamos a la señora y nos trajo mantas y un CALEFACTOR Nos fuimos perdiendo el dinero ya que la mujer las soluciones que nos daba eran otro calefactor y más mantas Lo siento pero no pago para estar en un cubículo pasando frio Un 0 a todo
