Please inform Triapart Chmielna Park 2 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that construction works take place nearby and noise might be experienced. Please note that late check-in carries the following extra charges: - From 20:00 to 22:00, PLN 30; - From 22:00 to 00:00, PLN 100; - From 00:00 to 07:00, PLN 150; Late arrivals must be accepted and confirmed by TriApart staff. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 150 PLN per pet, per stay applies. A deposit may be required at the property.
