The bed slats were damaged which the hosts were aware of but weren't repaired prior to our arrival. There is a strong smell of smoke in the apartment probably coming from another apartment which is a shame.

CHThe apartment is well located close to the lake and all the commodities. Kitchen is well equipped. Nice living room with a large TV. You can use Netflix... There is also sky channels so you can watch sports. Temperature inside was ok the cooling system is working fine even in summer.
The apartment had a strong smell inside that we couldn't get rid of. The outside was not clean with lots of spider web like if no one had used the apartment for a long time.

Kaution nach der Buchung über booking.com, die nix mit booking.com zu tun hat, wird von der Argentur eingefordert. Die Betten in den beiden vorhandenen Schlafzimmern sind extrem durch gelegen. In dem Doppelbett, rollt man automatisch in der Mitte zusammen. Das andere Bett ist höchst desolat. Der Lattenrost hat auch eine gebrochene Latte und alle anderen locker. Keines der Schlafzimmer hat Nacht Kastenlichter. Das ist höchst unpraktisch. In dem einen Zimmer gibt es nicht einmal ein Nachtkastl. Die Küche ist unzureichend eingeräumt und war zudem nicht sauber bei unsere Ankunft. Generell scheint diese Wohnung sehr ab gewohnt. Garten: Der Garten hat einen Kunststoff Rasen und wird durch Kameras überwacht. Es ist ein unangenehmes Gefühl.
HUThe apartment is very nice, well equipped, clean and quiet. They left cold water in the fridge, which was set to cold, and the apartment's temperature was very nicely configured as well. Overall it is very good value. And our dog liked it as well :) Please note that the grill in the garden is only decoration.
We got only one set of keys, and it required thorough planning to leave the apartment. The kitchen sink was broken, but it was only a minor inconvenience. The surveillance cameras in the garden... well, that's not something I would approve if I know beforehand.
