The property is located on a beautiful hillside with a beautiful view and a relaxing environment.

We were given the wrong apartment after we checked in and the apartment advertised on booking.com as the 3 bedroom luxury apartment does not exist. They still show the pictures to get the booking BUT THAT IS NOT THE APARTMENT YOU END UP GETTING. They claim they don’t have the apartment anymore and without options we had to settle for what was given which was a manageable apartment yet disappointed we were not given what was promised.

Quiet and serene surroundings. Perfect for family with kids and elderly. The area will still be my first pick on my next trip.

A property that is in total lack of maintenance. Bathroom faucet is loose, all air-cond units are lack in periodical service which we can tell by its airflow and room temperature consistency. Few doors are squeaking very badly when opening and closing. Freezer section of the fridge is covered with thick layer of frost till its door won't close. I had to turn off its switch to defrost. Fan (master room) remote control battery is missing altogether. The projector "TV" in living room is pretty much useless too.

Location. Quiet

Limited cutlery. Water down Shower gel only enough for single usage.

1) Toilet cleanliness. 2) A distant swimming pool 3) Drinking water (coway)

Wifi and smart TV work perfectly. Basic folk and cutlery prepared. Heater works. Bed very good quality and I'm appreciate for the good view of mountains.

Water no filter maybe ipoh has a better water quality . But at least got kettle. Basic passed.
