在與管家聯繫的時候原本是有答應我們可以寄放行李，等到我們前往的時候卻不見人。然後等我們聯繫了以後再留個信告訴我們要下午四點才能check in。等我們下午4:00回來以後又是開始一連串鬼打牆要我線上check in，但是我們明明已經提前線上check in過，就一直在那邊鬼打牆，為了這個check in搞了一個小時都無法拿到鑰匙，這真的是一個很折磨人的過程服務態度很糟糕

Der künstliche Geruch war furchtbar, insgesamt viel Renovierungsbedarf offene Kabel alte abgeplatzte Türen , duschvorhang naja , Schlüsselbox hinten fast nicht zu finden , boxenbeschriftung fehlt - da ist noch Luft nach oben

Я приехал нужен был интернет для работы его в номере не было мне пришлось находится два дня в Макдональдс где был интернет . Персонал выходил на связь не всегда проблему не решал проблема была в роутере я просил компенсацию и скидку на номер мне отказали . Я не доволен.

"Cómodo y buen ubicación"

Ubicación perfecta en la zona histórica. No tiene aparcamiento pero en la misma calle hay un parking de pago no muy caro. Cocina muy completa y las camas muy cómodas. Nos costó encontrar las llaves y nos atendieron enseguida. Calle tranquila y a la vez muy cerca de restaurantes y bares
