Gran Via III

Na verdade não ficamos neste apartamento das fotos, mas assim que chegamos em Madri a Zuca (proprietário) nos colocou em outro apartamento, pois não havia ficado pronto a tempo, nosso voo chegou em Madri às 11:00 am local, e nosso chekin eram as 4:00 pm, e ela já nos recebeu e foi super atencioso. Nota mil para a anfitriã.

We liked that it was very close to the Center. In a quiet area. Bed was comfortable. It was fairly clean. We were given the keys early which was nice of the agency.

No windows with natural light. Bad ventilation. Whenever we would go out and come back to the apartment it had a bad smell. One light didn’t work. Some plug sockets not working and hanging out of the wall. Not safe. Bathroom was very small. The pictures look very different to real life.

Notre hôte nous attendait devant le logement pour nous remettre les clés, très sympathique il a su répondre à nos questions. L’appartement est très bien situé, à 3 min à pieds de Gran Via, tout en étant au calme. A 15 min à pieds des principaux sites à visiter. Parfait pour y faire une pause dans la journée. Supermarché juste en dessous de l’appartement. Metro à deux pas également. Très propre et avec tout ce qu’il faut pour y rester quelques jours. Je recommande fortement !

Excellent location, walkable everywhere, close to many restaurants, coffee shops, stores and more.

Apartment is nice and clean however, I did not notice during booking that it has no window. In US we are used to having coffee or tea or simple spices provided by the host just in case. Came to visit daughter studying in Madrid and wanted to invite her for breakfast but would have to buy everything- salt, pepper, coffee, etc. we made it work with delicious food offered by caffès on every corner.
