Mycket bra läge med närhet till bra restauranger. Smidig incheckning. Vi kostade på oss att ha bastu i lägenheten och det var det värt!

The hotel is in the heart of Helsinki. The hotel looks exactly like in the photos. It's very modern, stylish and has all the amenities one could need. The staff (on WhatsApp) is very helpful and available around the clock. It was very quiet as the rooms face the back of the building. One of the best stays I had.

The aircon didn't work properly and I wasn't able to cool down the room. I like my room very cold but the staff told me it's central heating and the A/C doesn't work till summer (we stayed in April). The temperature was ok, I would definitely stay again despite this

Location, kitchenette, sauna (we had penthouse) & that was very nice. Bed was comfortable also.

The lack of clothes cupboards. We had been travelling for several weeks & wanted to unpack clothes & settle in (hence reason I booked apartment) but there was no where to put them. We found a spot above oven (but that was hot & odd). Trying to get digital assistance to understand the need for a tea towel & dishwashing liquid to wash dishes up was so hard we gave up! Purchased our own (also a little annoying ) but nothing major.

La comodida de la habitación. El baño muy completo y que tienen tantos detallitos pensados para mejorar la estancia.

Hay varios BOB en la ciudad y primero nos equivocamos de ubicación del hotel y nos dimos cuenta cuando vimos que no nos funcionaba el código de entrada. Eso no es ninguna crítica al hotel, óbviamente, mea culpa totalmente. Solo un aviso a los viajeros para que estén alerta y no les pase ese despiste como a nosotros.

Sijainti erinomainen, siisti ja kiva sisustus.ihanat kosmetiikkatuotteet. Rauhallinen sisäpiha, verhot rauhoittivat nukkumista hyvin. Myös ilmastointi toimi hyvin.

Tyynyt olivat tulleet käyttöikänsä loppuun. Patja oli meille liian pehmeä.

É uma proposta bem diferente da rede hoteleira! Todo o atendimento é digital e vc não tem contato com nenhum funcionário! Precisa ter apenas acesso à internet para se acomodar! O café da manhã é terceirizado! As instalações são bem modernas!
