We had the privilege of staying in this quaint B&B nestled in the mountains near La Spezia. The location is exceptional, offering a cool retreat during hot summer days. It’s a place where tranquility meets history, as the B&B is situated in a beautifully restored historic building. Our host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Their warmth and attentiveness truly enhanced our stay, turning it from a simple vacation into an experience filled with local charm. One unique feature is the breakfast, a traditional Italian sweet spread, conveniently pre-packaged and waiting in our room each morning. This thoughtful touch made for a seamless and cozy start to our day. If you’re looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle, this mountainside B&B near La Spezia is a perfect choice. The combination of historical charm, friendly host, and the serene mountain setting creates an unforgettable experience.

Genuine old stone cottage newly renovated. Very rustic and cozy. Modern bathroom fittings and the towel drying rack is super! The decoration is thoughtfully coordinated and very pleasant. Owner, Gian Paola, is very responsive to messages and very helpful. Much appreciated the thoughtful gesture of the bottle of spumante! Cheers.

The location is quite a challenge for people not familiar with hillside driving and quite isolated indeed. That said it's only 10 min drive to La Spezia, the hub for the region.
