Broken air conditioner

Adorable little motel with a great bed! Would recommend to friends and family.

Not having someone on site when checking in. Having to call someone in another state to get help with the dish tv.

There was nothing to like. This was a terrible hotel.

The room was dirty, though thankfully the beds were freshly made and clean. The room smelled of mildew. The shelf in the fridge was broken. The lighting was poor. There was mildew in the bathtub. There was a squishy spot on the floor that we were afraid to step on for fear it would beak and make a hole. The vertical blinds in the front window were broken and wouldn't close properly so anyone walking by could look into the room. There was one window air conditioner that was basically adequate but extremely loud and ran all the time. It was so loud that the person using the bed right next to the air conditioner had to wear ear plugs to protect their hearing. Perhaps worst of all - the smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector were found in a drawer which is obviously very unsafe. This is an un-hosted hotel so there was no one to go to with concerns.

Room was clean and quiet. However, no manager was available and check in was contactless.

Room #1 was exceptionally hot. Window a/c blew barely cool air and needs to be replaced ASAP!!!
