GBThe location was perfect! So quiet and lovely walks all around.
GBWe loved the location right in the centre of Brokenhurst to reach everything easily but felt like you were in the middle of no-where in parkland with the deers. At night so quiet and relaxing. The children loved playing in the garden. It is a great base for exploring the new forest on bikes or going to lots of places of interest nearby. The cottage is bright and clean and served all our needs. We loved it. The owners helped us out quickly when we could not access the gate when we arrived due to a power cut and they checked in to make sure we had everything we needed which we did. Thank you for the cot and highchair for the little one- this really helped.

GBWe loved the location of the property, you feel like you have the whole estate to yourself for the weekend. We had lovely walks down into Brockenhurst in ten minutes, got the train to lymington it was perfect. I loved sitting outside early in the morning for our breakfast surrounded by nature and you have everything inside you need. Beds are comfy, fluffy towels and enough space for a family of 4 to relax after a busy day of forest fun. We came straight from Paultons park Friday, it was easy to get to and we were settled in within minutes… we’ve done camping, campervan, caravanning in the past but this by far was easier with the kids and we’ve booked our “little house” as the kids called it again as we loved it so much.
We liked everything about this property, ease of use, everything you need, spacious and even appreciated the decor and artwork. If I had to pick holes in anything the bathrooms are a little tired but it didn’t bother us adds to the charm.. and also the rug in the lounge is so slippy we moved it out the way in the end so the kids didn’t fall over.
