Nice and modern apartment, perfectly equipped. Both the beds and the sofa bed were comfortable. It has 2 bathrooms, which is great for families. It's located near the town centre (which is very beautiful) and promenade/beach and it's just five minutes away from the airport. Free private parking is in underground garages, parking place is located right at the elevator to the apartment. Great accessibility for exploring the island's main sites.

We didn't have any information in advance about check-in and handing over the keys and we had to call the accommodation provider on the spot.

Super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Die Mitarbeiterin Beatrice ist einfach Gold wert. Sehr gute deustch Kenntnisse und hilft auch bei Anliegen, welche über ihre Aufgaben hinausgehen. Hier nochmal ein grosses Dankeschön. Waren als Familie mit 4 Erwachsenen dort mehr als gut aufgehoben. 2 Badezimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer und das Schlafsofa ist sowas von gemütlich. In der Nähe sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Restaurants, Bars und die Promenade und es ist dennoch in einer ruhigen Ecke. Kostenloser Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage fast neben dem Wohnungeingang. Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Reinigungspersonal super freundlich und genau. Handtücher und Badetücher mehr als genug vorhanden und werden auch gewechselt. Santa Cruz und das Apartment ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden. Man ist nur einige FahrMinuten von Funchal entfernt, und hat den riesen Vorteil, dass die Restaurants in der Nähe authentisch, lecker und um einiges günstiger sind.
