molto accogliente,il proprietario del B&b ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio,molto rispettoso e sempre disponibile alle richieste e disponibile a qualsiasi problemi. Ritornerei volentieri,ed è anche a due passi dalla stazione centrale di Bologna.

La posizione è impagabile, proprio accanto alla Stazione. L'ambiente è accogliente e familiare.

Incredible location if you are travelling by train. Gino the cat is very welcoming!

The location and price were good, really close to the railway station and the city center. For a 1-2 night stay it's fine if you just need a place to sleep. I wouldn't recommend it for a leisure or vacation stay, or for a longer visit.

Apart from the clean sheets and towels, the room and bathroom were untidy, with a really heavy buildup of dust on the lamps, doors, windows, and in the corners. The bathroom had a shower with shabby, peeling walls and showed mold spots. The kitchen-living room area is occupied by the host, so it's not really a "common" area as shown in the photos. I'm sure you can use it because the host is friendly, but it wasn't what we expected and we felt quite uncomfortable during the visit.
