The place has a good location, near old Tbilisi and bus stops. It is quiet and the room was clean. There was AC.

The washing machine isn't working properly, so I couldn't fully wash my clothes. During my stay, one day there was no water pressure, meaning I couldn't shower or use the bathroom.

"Simple, clean, and nice guest house."

I had to book at the last minute due to an emergency and although at first I couldn't find the house, I called and they helped me, they were very attentive and friendly, I only stayed one night, but I rested very well, and the perfect place for what I needed.

"Solid stay close to the old town"

Good location, very close to the old town and sulphur baths. Nice and clean room.

Bathroom was a little run down and had random items in it which I wasn’t sure if they were some private items or to be used by us.

The property is in walking distance from the old town and the bus/metro stations, but still far enough to be a quiet and calm place. Supermarket is nearby. Cute, needy cat in the garden. Good, reliable WIFI.
