B&B Villa Shiverty

The location was very central, near to the beach and other access points. The parking space is right under the house, so that saves a lot of time looking for one and also provides peace of mind. Once we reached the property we accessed nearby restaurants, grocery stores and beaches on foot. The villa is very new with all modern amenities, thoughtfully designed with a great view of the sea! The breakfast by the hosts gives a very nice peek to the culinary culture of Genovan food with large variety of items and as the hosts prepare it themselves, it gives the food an extra edge. The rooms and common areas are equipped with air conditioning which was very soothing in harsh summer weather.

We stayed as a couple in August in a room facing the sea. The room was comfortable, spotlessly clean and cosy. The views from the room and whole B&B were beautiful and modern shutters meant the room was quiet and dark for a great night of sleep. We were able to park easily outside and then drive to the many great local spots. The best thing about our stay was the hospitality - Marco helped us with all aspects of our trip, gave great recommendations, and created an atmosphere which was welcoming and homely. We had a wonderful stay at Villa Shiverty. The villa is beautiful, modern, clean and elegantly renovated. The room is very comfortable, pretty and with a great view on the sea. A parking space is available for the guests, which is a real advantage in this area. the surroundings are easily accessible, and Marco takes the time to give excellent recommendations. Follow his advice! :) We enjoyed the little beach nearby, which is accessible in only a few minutes by foot. The breakfast is delicious and diverse. Last but not least, Marco and his wife are lovely, as well as their colleague, and all are happy to help if you have any questions. They are great hosts and we felt right at home. We are looking forward to coming back! Thank you very much for your hospitality!

The Hosts are the nicest people! The room and the building was new and stylish and very very clean! Marco and his wife were available for every question and made my stay very comfortable! The parking spot right in front of the building was perfect for me!

We recently stayed for two days at this wonderful place and had an unforgettable holiday experience. From the moment we arrived, the hosts were incredibly nice, helpful, and friendly. They provided us with excellent suggestions for places to visit and great restaurants to try. Without their guidance, we would have been completely lost. The view from our accommodation was simply breathtaking, offering a direct look at the beautiful sea. We spent our mornings enjoying the delicious extra breakfast in the garden, and again, the view couldn't have been nicer. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, adding to the comfort and relaxation of our stay. Every detail was taken care of, making our short vacation truly special.
