MYLocation had a great view of Mount Kinabalu in the background next to a running stream. Water is gravity water from the mountain so drinking water must be from bottled water provided. The sounds of running water is heard throughout the night. Everything is thoughtfully supplied from cooking to BBQ facilities, WIFI was strong, responsive host
The water heater was difficult to control and would go off and on. This affects the lighting in the bathroom and main bedroom as well which was quite annoying. We had a power failure once during our stay but there was emergency light working. Be aware that the road is gravel road and construction ongoing nearby. Perhaps when all these are done, it would be a great place to stay

MYWe loved the house, it has a steam by the house and view of the Mt Kinabalu right frm the house itself. The bbq and karaoke facilities were a plus.
The little insects that keep on coming inside the house but that's not due to the house, but to the surrounding forestry environment instead.

Some basic facilities are lacking . The water pressure was not good and heater not functioning. I have to heat up water manually .
