"A Terrible Experience"

Actually, we were able to get in and saw the house. It was the one we were looking for since we have 2 toddlers with us.
Our supposed to be stay in this house had been cancelled on the very day of our arrival. We were already inside and we received a call from the owner that our stay had been cancelled. So we vacated right away even if we have paid 3 days before our arrival already. Yes, we were refunded by the owner but it was so inconvenient and a hassle on our part since we travelled by land for 4 hours. It was a terrible experience. Booking.com should look into this. The owner is putting the blame on you.
