Apartment at Bowe's Cafe

Lovely homely feeling inside and nice extra touches which made it feel warm and welcoming

Location was good but because of the busy road there was a lot of traffic and large trucks going past until late and early in the morning. Can’t be helped by the owners though. There was no chopping board which would be really helpful. Also the furniture upstairs was very dated and didn’t match the rest of the fairly modern looking style.

Everything thing was good, clean accommodation, secure with gate that needed locking on night, nice pub round the corner

Didn't expect noisy traffic coming past at all hours of the day, until someone told me it is because of toll prices on motorway

Appartement very spacious. Rooms were big and quiet. Well sound proofed too! Cafe is right downstairs.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and really good value. We were at a wedding at the nearby Castle Durrow, and this was so convenient. The owner was very quick to respond to our messages and made check in super simple.

Newly refurbished apartment very spacious. Spotlessly clean. We had breakfast in Bowes cafe downstairs which was gorgeous. Ample parking outside the property. Large bedrooms, powerful shower. Highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect place

The decor is beautiful, it’s extremely clean and its proximity to Kilkenny meant it was a great place to stay. The breakfast in the cafe downstairs was superb. We could’ve stayed longer and would definitely like to return in the future.

The property was very clean and well maintained. It is self catering so no meals included but the property is directly above a fantastic cafe owned by the same family and the food was excellent in the cafe. There are other places to eat near by so meals were not a problem. The owner messaged me instructions on how to collect the key which was easy and you didn’t get anyone bothering you during your stay. The owner is very friendly and respectful we had a wonderful vacation

Could have done with just a couple of more saucepans for when we were making dinner

Beautiful apartment right on Durrow square. Bowe's cafe downstairs for fabulous food and drink so we ate there everyday of our stay. The apartment is pristine with comfy beds and a great bathroom and kitchen. Plenty of free parking outside.
