The property was well furnished, clean and spacious! Almost all the facility was available.

I faced an issue with the digital lock, after inputting code for multiple times, it was not opening. But I realized later that I had real keys as well and could have used that. Since it was late in the night, so responses from the team were also delayed, and not helpful.

An excellent apartment for a stay in Pisa. Very close to all tourist attractions, 5 minutes walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Communication with the host was good. We didn't miss anything. I recommend this property!

Nothing to complain about!

Apartment is very new, everything in here is good quality and works fine. The place is kind of spacious and the location is literally perfect – like 2 minutes walk to Pisa Tower. We didn't use any transport, because we could walk everywhere.

Communication with host was problematic and until our flight we didn't know if our late check-in (for 30 additional euros! Even thou it was safe chech-in and we saw nobody) will work. Stove top wasn't working properly and there were laundry in the dryer.

This Apartament was like a dream! All is absolutely new, very modern and meticulously prepared in every detail. All the tools are new and it seems the owner can read his guests' minds -- he thought of everything one can need in a new place. All is immaculately clean too. Not to mention a 2 liter bottle of water and coffee capsules wait for you together with the keys... The patio is just wonderful -- after a long day it's very cosy to sit with a cup of coffee and ice-cream! Moreover, the location is absolutely splendid: the famous Tower and the whole Piazza dei Miracoli is less than 450 m away. So is the beautiful Piazza dei Cavalieri. And a very-well supplied grocer's.

You need to be very careful with the neighbours. While Vittoria & Claudio are very nice and helpful, eagerly willing to give you local information and help -- the rest of them is somewhat suspicious and wary. Once in a while they show that they are not very fond of strangers in their house.

Brightly clean and comfortable. Nothing is cheap inside starting with facility equipment and ending with cutlery and napkins. Nice attention to details - the host welcomes you with an ice cold bottle of water in the fridge and some coffee capsules for the espresso machine. Also the fenced patio outside is great for the morning coffee or a cold beverage in the evening when you sum up your over the day experience. The location is great, five minutes walking from Piazza dei Miracoli and restaurants "alley" Via Santa Maria. If you want to have a trip by train to other beauties of Toscana like Firenze, Lucca, Siena or Viareggio the railway station is 30 min walk
