- attentive and responsive staff who gave clear instructions and answered all questions and requests in a timely manner (via text). - super friendly and helpful building security staff. - breathtaking view of the coast and mountains, from the tallest building on the Canary islands. - great ventilation: nice to wake up to the fresh costal air. - excellent location: steps away from major shopping centres, groceries, and the main bus/train terminal. - appliances and amenities are in top condition. There is plenty of attention to detail in equipping the apartment, from kitchen supplies to linens to decor, furniture, and storage space. Nothing is missed, making the apartment completely functional as a cozy home away from home. - comes with a dedicated underground parking spot (which I did not use but could imagine it being useful).

Good location and clean

The parking is impossible to find, rubbish directions, unhelpful people when I reached out- didn’t know. There was a road block which doesn’t usually happen but it’s been there a while and will continue to be. Security don’t speak English.
