Water slides, swimming pools, late check out was for free out of kindness of guest relations

Cleanliness, overcrowded even though massive space, very tiny bed for a couple and staff refused to change it or change our room, plenty of food but lack of quality

For ensartet mad - ingen tema. Lang gå afstand til pools fra hotellet. Alt for stor hotel når man er gravid hvor man har brug for en golfvogn for at blive transporteret

Room upgrade to family room, space was amazing as were the facilities with fridge stocked and included in AI concept. Daily cleaning and mopping was impressive. Daily change of towels. The main building is well far from the fun land and therefore NOT noisy like some reviews suggested. I don't know how you book a room in the fun land as that would have been very loud with entertainment all evening. Staff are extremely attentive at restaurant and will ensure you have a drink within a few mins of sitting down, even though there were swarms of people passing through. There was a huge variety for all meals. No chance of getting bored and the baklava was delicious. So much activities every night. It is hard to get out of the hotel as there is so much to keep you busy and entertained. The hotel grounds is very clean and you can see staff everywhere cleaning up immediately. The aqua park was very good with staff being attentive with safety. The pools were clean and sun beds available at different parts at various times. Staff come and take drinks orders at times and other times it was easy enough to get our drinks from bars. Overall a very good stay and even though I went saying it would be a one off, I wouldn't mind returning actually.

Bed was a little uncomfortable and dipped in the middle section although it was a very nice big bed.
