Maten tyvärr, hittade hårstrå i maten två gånger och allt kändes stressigt

We stayed at Granada Luxury Belek from September 9th to 12th for our honeymoon, but the service was very disappointing. When we arrived at 2 PM, our room was not ready. After waiting, we were offered another room which was still dirty, and we had to wait outside for it to be cleaned. The room was decorated for children instead of a honeymoon, and the balcony view was blocked by a wall. We finally settled in around 5 PM, losing almost a whole day. Even after sharing our experience with guest relations, nobody followed up. This is not the service of a five-star hotel and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Domek - rewelacja. Strefa 18+, mega komfort. Blisko do centrum. Autobus na plażę (niezbyt atrakcyjną)

W opisie wspomina się o wielu restauracjach tematycznych. Tymczasem każdego dnia czynne są tylko 2 przez 2 godziny. Do dyspozycji jest jedynie ogromna restauracja z przekoszmarnym tłumem i hałasem. Będąc w ciągu dnia na cichej strefie 18+ ta część byla przytłaczająca Ns początku ciężko się odnaleźć bo teren hotelu jest ogromny, dosc dlugo nie mogliśmy znaleźć naszego domku.
