Palace Inn Blue Jones Rd

So I came in and the first thing the at the desk was very nice. I requested a 1st floor due to having a senior dog who can’t get up the stairs and he was very accommodating and overall an easy check in. I unloaded my car completely and got my dog into the room when I noticed the sink wouldn’t drain and dried blood spatter in the bathroom. I called the front desk and he informed me he could get me another room. I repacked my car and dog, being overwhelmed and tired I was took freaked out but still went to go see the rom he wanted to put me in but decided I didn’t want to stay there. I called the next day to see if I could at least get a refund for my dog deposit and he said no because you didn’t want to stay in the room I offer. I’m sorry but after driving for 10hrs and seeing a room with blood on the floor and sink that wouldn’t drain I would think threat you can do is refund my dog deposit as my dog didn’t get to stay there I wasn’t asking for the full amount back.

Very clean! Housekeepers are very conscientious. Beautiful decor. If I could say only one thing was very troublesome- the constant smell of wacky weed. It is very cloying at times just like a multitude of other hotels. People have no consideration for the air we breathe. This is no fault of this hotel.

My stay at palace inn was great , Everything was clean, service was good and Naveen was helpful and respectful.

It was very clean and everything was fine. It was hard to tell from the listing that this was a motel style building. I was a solo female traveler on the ground floor of a hotel where strangers parked right in front of my door, and hung out late at night in front if my door (loudly). It's not the greatest neighborhood, so I didn't feel very secure, though ultimately everything turned out fine. I just want others to be aware it is that kind of building before you book.

NOT A ROACH INSIGHT Allowed an early check in and a late check out. I thoroughly loved the place. Not a roach, stain, or anything in sight. Neighbors can be a bit loud but easily drowned out with TV. I can't complain at all. We definitely will be coming back
