"It worked for what we needed."

House big enough for our group. Kids loved the kids room and pool table.

Neighbors had a flood light that was left on all night. So two bedrooms never got dark during the night. No fans in room to help with air movement so it got stale.

NOTHING

I arrived at the house and it was filthy, with the beds unmade. The house was not cleaned after the last guest left. I took pictures and left immediately to find another place to stay. I contacted the host, but got no response. I reported the incident to Booking.com. It's been 5 days and I still can't get my money back. Disrespectful. I've trying several times contact booking.com customer service and after 40 minutes wait they just hang out the phone.

atmosphere and decorations. everything set up with love, convenient location and smiley neighbors

please add non slip paint on the floor at the house entry, and in between garage and kitchen on the way to hot tub. thank you.
