Appartement refait à neuf, dans un état impeccable et au calme. La climatisation marche bien dans toutes le pièces. On peut se garer juste devant la maison au prix raisonnable.

Manque d'équipements que l'on trouve généralement dans les locations. Pas de bouilloire électrique, grille-pain, micro-ondes, même de sèche-cheveux et d'essuie-tout. Il y a un coffre-fort qui ne marche pas. La climatisation dans une chambre sentait le tabac les premiers jours.
