"A nice stay overall, but let down by a few avoidable issues"

The property was in the perfect location

The property was extremely cold on arrival and took at least 6hrs to be warm up. We booked this property because it had a fire place but the fire was not working. The property was quite dirty and rundown in places. We brought these issues to the host who was very pleasant and he brought us a bottle of wine. We had an Amazing time in spite of these issues

Plenty of space and the location was perfect for our conference at Old Trafford.

A few areas were looking a bit tired and could do with being updated.

Lovely three bedroom house in a great location for Old Trafford.

It was clearly advertised as a four bedroom house and it was not very clear that one of those bedrooms was actually the lounge/dining room.
