Great modern and spacious apartment with a lovely balcony and pool area. Our host was super helpful and responsive, private parking was great and you could walk to the cost in 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

Clean and modern apartment. We absolutely loved the pool - which was also very clean. Plenty of parking. Close to Laguna Beach (one of our favourite beaches in the area with free parking). The staff was very helpful and friendly!
We knew in advance there is no washing machine. Not a problem as it was the end of our holiday and we were prepared for that!

●Owner failed to introduce us properly to apartment and facilities: ○She didn't provide WIFI code ○She didn't provide intructions to operate the TV and change languages for tourists coming from abroad ○ She didn't show mosquito window nets- hence we couldn't sleep for 3 nights without any trouble with mosquitos ○She didn't show us any directions or recommendations around the town centre, or familiarise us even though we visited Istria before ○Her communications with tourists were poor ○Please be aware that you won't be able to sleep peacefully due to neighbouring dogs barking and neighbours mowing their grass extremely early in the morning- we couldn't get a good night's rest for 9 nights (we have 2 children) ○We weren't provided with a washing machine at all in the apartment block and we didn't have an iron for our clothes- we couldn't wash our necessities for 9 days. ○We had a minimal amount of kitchen appliances and dishes- we even were given 3 bowls when there were 4 of us staying at the apartment! She didn't provide kitchen towels, enough knifes or cooking spoons or pans. ○When arriving, we were shocked to find dust collected on the floors and surfaces! ○After many years' experience in Istria, we were always welcomed warmly by the owners with their traditional appetisers and snacks however, at least a cold drink or two would be acceptable after a long 10 hour drive to get to Istria. ○The owner tried to buy us with a bottle of wine to give a higher review as she knew we would give a poor review and were disappointed by our stay. ○Overall, the apartment we stayed in was far off from the value it was given- we expected a better stay for the price we were given.
