La posizione ottima e la tranquillità sono sicuramente i punti di forza di questa struttura. La proprietaria disponibilissima e gentile. La pulizia degli spazi interni ed esterni ottima.

Col fatto che si trova nel piano interrato non c’è aria corrente e rimane molto buia. Gli spazi all’aperto sono in comune e al piano di sopra rispetto all’appartamento, quindi per mangiare fuori bisogna portare tutto su dalle scale. Il parcheggio è solo in strada e non più in struttura.

L'endroit est silencieux et calme. Il y a une sympathique terrasse à disposition. L'appartement est bien pensé, il y a tout le nécessaire (notamment un lave linge) et on n'y souffre pas la chaleur.

Lorsque nous y étions, il y avait quelques soucis avec l'eau courante (manque d'eau? manque de pression?). De ce fait, il n' était pas facile de prendre des douches. Mais il me semble que la propriétaire était en train de régler le problème. De temps en temps, surtout weekend il n'est pas facile de trouver une place de parking. Ceci dit, c'est assez normal étant un endroit touristique et balnéaire.

Everything! It was clean, spacious, close to the beach, well equipped. alessandro was very helpful and the place was just lovely

No wifi connection. Its basically a basement apartment and the decoder for wifi doesnt work at all. If you dont mind to disconnect from the network while on holiday, its perfect.

Two toilets, and two air conditioner. Comfortable big kitchen with everything.

A lot of cats on territory and that’s small not good

Good evening, I have made a reservation at this property. When we arrived at the location and found to our astonishment that the location is in a basement, this would not be the biggest problem but besides the permanent darkness in the room, it smells very strongly of damp, the mattresses and sheets are dirty and the bedroom beds are broken, cracked and the walls are permanently damp. Considering the period and the weather we would have needed heat but the accommodation does not have it, we had to leave this property, we tried to explain to the hosts why we had to make this decision but they did not return us a cent for the nights booked but not used. Do not recommend!

the property was spacious and clean. beds were comfortable and it was easy walk to restaurants, beach, bakery.

we enjoyed everything!
