V Apartamentos Morales & Arnal

The apartment was very well situated and the amenities were excellent.

Absolutely amazing apartment in the town heart, but the street is not noise.

There was some issue with collecting a key as other guests got the same instruction and mistakenly took ours.

The apartment is very big clean and comfortable for 4 guests. Great facilities like a washing machine, an iron etc. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Great showers. The AC in the bedrooms works fine but the one in the living space struggles to cool the room down as the room is big and open plan. You are only a 2-minute walk from the main area. Which has lots of great places to eat and drink and local shops. We managed to park on the road behind the apartment (free) A brilliant bonus is the use of the pool in their hotel in a beautiful setting. Towels are provided by the hotel and a glass of fizz. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the apartment slightly downhill.

All good, but when leaving you have to leave the key on the table which we did. But someone had locked the main door out of the building despite there being a big sign saying don't. So the door release button didn't work! So we were then locked in the building but also out of the apartment with no way out. Panic.... Luckily someone was in the top flat who lent us her key. W e did have to wake them up due to it being so early.
