The breakfast was excellent and my room was perfect.

I would have appreciated bottled water being provided in the room.

The shower was clogged.

my gold collar and ring with diamond were robbed by someone that entered the room to clean it. I was out from 10am to around 10pm and when I up in the morning today, I checked my things and noticed they weren’t there (I put them in a very specific place and had used them the previous day). Don’t ever stay at this property. Armando, the manager, was very rude and was xenophobic with me when I told him I was robbed, and said I was making things up, that this never happened before and that he would kick me out of his property. He didn’t even try to help, not with security cameras, with the name of who cleaned the room, nothing. NEVER STAY HERE!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE PLACE! RUDE EMPLOYEES!

The staff, location were great. Cute place

The shower did not drain and flooded the floor. The toilet did not flush. Was not a great experience because of this.

La atención, limpieza, comodidad y seguridad

Nice an cozy with a spacious room. Always nicely cleaned. Breakfast is simple but good. Good location, about 20 minutes by foot to Roma or Condesa.

Not recommendable for sound sensitive people as a pump (water pump or else) turns on every minute which is quite noisy and can disturb sleep easily.
