Great pool

Location was far from restaurants & very dark to walk at night

Very chill, 1 minute from the beach, the staff is great! The rooms are simple and comfortable. So much green and so many plants and birds and butterflies. It’s a very tranquil place, if you’re here to relax that’s your place. Anahi answered ANY question I had and guided me through. Big thanks to her!

you’ll need to walk 10 - 15 minutes to get to the beach you could actually swim, restaurants, bars… in the night time that’s a bit scary. The pool was a bit dirty sometimes

We had a great stay at Agua de Coco. We were welcomed by Anahi, who showed us around and gave us some great tips for nice beaches, seeing turtles and for nice restaurants close by. The property is located in a quiet part of town, but walking distance from a nice beach and a nice restaurant area. We loved the design of the property, a nice industrial look surrounded by lush plants, we really imagined that we were in the jungle. It was a great place to relax after an intense time of traveling around in Mexico

Unfortunately there were quite a lot of mosquito's. They did not bother me that much, but my fiance was irresistible to them. Make sure that you bring repellent. Our room had a mosquito-net which helped against the mosquito's at night.

The manager was very responsive and kind, and the bed was very comfortable. It was indeed in a quiet location.

While the location was quiet, it was in a less developed area of the beach so eating establishments were a walk in the heat of summer. We moved after one night because the heat was intolerable in the summer. For the price, the suffering shouldn't be needed. It's perfect for the grunge traveler looking to rough it in a cute jungly place.

No communication at all with staff Complicated to check in Lack of cleaning, spiders in shower and other animals seemed like property wasn’t taken care of

Beautiful property, quiet and tranquil. Gerardo was extremely helpful. The pool was cool and clean, a nice change from the hot dusty roads of La Punta!

There are no stores close by (that I found) - not a problem but be sure to stock up on essentials before you arrive
