Evde her ihtiyaç düşünülmüş, kahve makinası ve kapsül kahve bile vardı. Konumu iyi sayılır, aracınız varsa problem yok, sokak tenha park yeri bulmak sıkıntı olmadı.

Evde biraz nem kokusu vardı, havasızlıktan olabilir ama havalandirdiktan sonra azalsa da devam etti.
