The location was great! Easy to access with suitcases.

We couldn’t adjust the heat and the apartment was cold. Also the mattress was hard.

We liked that there were no stairs or bumpy paths to contend with to get our large luggage from train station to the property, there was only stairs to get up to second floor (a lift is available but we were unsure if we could trust that it works from the look of it). Loved being so close to the ocean. It was wonderful to have early access to the property when we arrived before check in time so we could do our bags and stay exploring the town.

The heating in the apartment is limited, we were quite cold at times with no option to adjust the thermostat. We were disappointed we could not enjoy the apartment during the day as noisy renovations are happening in the next apartment all day, from 9.30am until 5pm each day. We had hoped to relax 'at home' a bit more during this part of our holiday. Not our hosts doing, we understand, but had we been informed of this we might have taken the opportunity to swap to another accommodation option. Limited kitchen supplies (no salt/pepper/oil for cooking, coffee but no milk, one teabag).

Great location 3 minutes away from best beach Owner was great and communication was excellent Pillows and bed was great too

The apartment is very beautiful and has a lot of space. The location is great and the area very calm. Everything was very good arranged and clean.

The elevator was very small. It was quit hot during our stay and there is no air conditioning.

Nico’s Guest House was very clean and comfortable, less 5 minute walk to the beach and surrounding area.

Nice cozy flat with all the conveniences for the stay and a beautiful balcony overlooking the garden. Perfect location in a quiet place in a 3-minutes walk to the sea.
