VNBộ phận lễ Tân xử lý đặt phòng rất kém, đặt phòng nhưng giá cả lẫn lộn, phụ thu 20% rồi 30%. Đang làm việc với tôi chưa xong thì nhảy qua khách khác. Khách khác lại gặp trường hợp đặt phòng rồi nhưng lại không có phòng. Tôi cảm thấy bộ phận xử lý đặt phòng chưa tốt.
