The accommodation was great! A real place like home, perfect sized 2 bedroom, and really close to everything we required. The communication prior, during and last days were appreciated also.

We didn't enjoy the noise coming from above (office hub), but it didn't affect the great week we spent there. We would most definitely stay again.

The location is fantastic, extremely central. The hosts are really nice, flexible and accessible for any issues, etc. Flat was really clean and ready for us when we arrived.

You can hear all the street sounds from the flat especially on weekends as it is very central. So if you don’t like noise then you might not like it, we were ok with it though!

Central location, spacious rooms with modern appliances

It is a basement apartment and the smoke alarm is on the same system as the middle and top floor properties. We stayed over the bank holiday weekend and the smoke alarm went off at 10am on sat morning, it was switched off at 6pm - the noise was deafening We had to vacate the apartment during this time as it was too noisy to stay inside. The smoke alarm panel is located in the middle floor property which is an office. Tom (the host) did his best to resolve the issue but it was difficult to get in touch with the office owners as they are an American firm and it was a bank holiday weekend. We agreed on a partial refund due to the fact that we could not use the apartment for most of the Saturday. The smoke alarm was triggered by a leak in the roof of the top floor property. I believe Tom (the host) is going to mitigate the risk of this happening for this length of time again by reaching out to the office owners and getting emergency contact numbers so if it happens again it can be rectified in a timely manner.

We loved the location and how clean the apartment was as well as having a small bit of outside space. Having tea, coffee and sugar available was a plus too. Overall I would totally recommend to friends and family great place to stay. We loved the finishing touches especially the gorgeous lemon bowl and glass jug in the kitchen, good job they were heavy 😆 🤣 😂. Me and mum had our eye on them!!!!!

The sofa bed wasn't as comfortable, so slept on the sofa as plenty of room and more comfortable.

Great location close to the beach and restaurants. It was a very clean and comfortable and nice a light for a basement flat. Good, clear communication from the host.

This is in an amazing location and was exactly as pictured. It is clean and spacious with plenty of light considering it's a basement flat.
