Ottimo! Lo consiglio. - Abbiamo mangiato con la vista sul mare e con il rumore delle onde del mare. Stupendo. - Parcheggio vicinissimo coperto e riservato. - 4 minuti a piedi per arrivare alla prima spiaggia. - Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per cucinare. - Avere due bagni è il top per una famiglia di 5 persone.

Casa grande, pulita e con tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno.

La spiaggia di fronte alla casa è quasi impraticabile con 2 bimbe piccole, bisogna camminare per 10 min verso Cogoleto per trovare il primo lido.

The biggest asset of this place was for us the parking available, since they are so expensive and hard to find. The apartment itself it is very nice, with big living room and perfect view. The two bathrooms and the washing machine also they come in handy for a family of 4. The kitchen has everything in place.

I'm stil not sure if I liked it or not the feeling that someone just borrowed us the apartment for our vacation. They just took most of their stuff and moved away.It looked like is not specially arranged for guests.

The apartment was clean, and the location was fine. The apartment has a nice view. The bed was also comfortable. The issue we had with no water in the apartment was also quickly resolved.

This is someone's second house filled with old furniture so it doesn't feel very cosy and welcoming. Instructions were OK but we found getting in and out of the security main gate complicated. One night we couldn't even get in and had to drive around to another entrance because our car had been deregisteted too early . There is no attention to details: the balcony has potential to be nice but it was empty, with no plants and dirty plastic chairs. There are no tourist information brochures etc. For the price, we expected a nicer apartment.
